It is my great honor to serve as the Chairperson of People Power Limited. We are committed to harnessing Nepal's immense hydropower potential to create sustainable value for our shareholders while contributing to the nation's clean energy future.

The successful operation of our 4.96 MW Puwa Hydropower Project reflects our dedication to operational excellence, responsible business practices, and reliable renewable energy generation. As we move forward, our highest priority remains protecting the interests of our shareholders through sound corporate governance, transparency, accountability, and efficient management.

At the same time, we are actively exploring opportunities to develop new hydropower and renewable energy projects that will strengthen our portfolio, support Nepal's energy security, and create long-term value for our investors.
